Screen data that is passed between you and your support representative during a session is highly compressed using proprietary technology that can be viewed only with GoToAssist software. This data is also encrypted using 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption. When connected, BAS representatives can discuss feasibility, demo, train, look at source code of the programs of interest, diagnose reported problems, observe running programs and setup on the client’s screen, and exchange notes updates, error messages, screen-shots, sample data for testing, and more. We strive to do this in a timely manner. A log of file exchanges is kept and can be saved for reference.
